Lake Forest Vikings Swim Team
Our Team
Lake Forest Vikings Swim Team is a summer swim team that competes in the New Jersey Regional Lake League. It is a fun and competitive swim team that practices in Lake Hopatcong week days and competes in 2-3 meets a week at home and in neighboring communities. It is opened to all children between the ages of 5-18 years. (You do not have to live in Lake Forest to participate.)

- Team outing such as TreEscape Challenge at Mountain Creek, Trip to Dorney Park, or Team Outing at a Sussex Miner’s Baseball Game!

Our Team Philosophy
The swimmers are our children. Our objectives are to provide them with an energetic, safe and supportive swim team environment; provide a coaching staff that promotes team spirit, teaches stroke and turn skills, and encourages a positive self-image and sportsmanship.
